AGC Training – Lean Construction Unit 1: Variation in Production Systems

  •  November 20, 2013
     7:30 am - 12:00 pm

AGC of America has developed a series of 7 Lean courses that progressively cover key topics essential to Lean Construction.  These courses will be offered through 2014.  Units 1 through 3 are available now.

Lean Construction is driven to minimize costs and maximize value on each project completed, challenging all stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process. Everyone related to the construction process has incentive to get the project done faster and at a lower cost – from  project owners who want to see the tangible results for their investment to designers and contractors who want to do their job well and move on to the next project. Following successful completion of the entire Lean program, you will have a deep knowledge of both the theory and application of Lean Construction and be able to sit for an assessment to earn AGC’s Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-LC).

Four Lean Construction courses are available now,and the remaining courses will be introduced in 2014 and 2015.
