On November 19, BC&E will host a breakfast seminar featuring Larry Flynn, Director of Facilities Design and Construction for Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPS) and Gary McGuigan , Project Executive for the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA). This event is designed to give BC&E members a chance to gather firsthand information and ask questions about the upcoming projects. - An overview of the school revitalization project
- The order and nature of upcoming projects
- The percentage of minority business involvement
- How projects will be managed by BCPS, MSA or both
- Which projects will be design-build and which will require a construction manager
