BC&E Members approve new board for 2022
In October, through an online vote, the BC&E membership approved the new 2022 Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
The Executive Committee is as follows: Michael Martin of Live Green Landscape Associates was named President, Ted Bowes of Excell Concrete Construction as Vice President; Rick Scheetz of Gray & Son/Maryland Paving Management as Treasurer; Jeff Hossfeld of the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as Secretary and Thomas Koch of Plano-Coudon Construction as Member at Large.
The board includes a second term from Jonathan Goetz of Oak Contracting and Fred Marino of Design Collective. Three new board members have also been named: Douglas McGinnis of Bunting Door and Hardware, Greg Meyer of Wohlsen Construction and Dennis Walsh of Floors Etc.
The remaining board includes: Marianne Crampton, MK Consulting Engineers, LLC; John Gregg, GWWO Architects; R. Nelson Oster, HMS Insurance Associates, Inc.; Mark Rich, Baltimore Fabrication; and Joseph Rode, the Mullan Contracting Company.
Thank you to former president Wayne Matheu of Matheu & Associates for leading the organization for the last two years and successfully navigating through the Covid-19 pandemic. Wayne will serve as Immediate Past President.
